What is the difference between Online Review and Live Review?
In an online review, there is a need to subscribe to a preferred program, and the timeline as to how long it will take depends on the student’s level of English. Students pay for the subscription and there is a prepared curriculum and set of materials to assist them throughout the learning process. A live review has a typical classroom setting wherein you learn from an actual professor or facilitator. Materials are also readily available to aid the curriculum at hand.
Can I purchase the online review then share it with my friends?
Ideally, the online review under your subscription should be limited to your own usage only as it has been optimized depending on your needs and pacing.
Can I download the online review modules/videos?
Unfortunately, our review modules and videos cannot be downloaded but you can definitely log on to the website anytime to have your review.
What modes of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made only through PayPal, Bank(BDO, EASTWEST, BPI, METROBANK), Cash, Smartmoney and GCASH. It is important to be reminded that the subscription will officially begin once we receive the payment confirmation. Should you wish to renew a subscription, the payment should be done before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted service.
Will I have my own username and password?
You will have your own username and password but it is important to note that the username cannot be changed because it has to stay the same until your subscription expires.
Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password by clicking the My Account
tab from the Student Center.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you just need to go to the Log In
page and click the Forgot Password
link. It will prompt you to enter your email address and the details will be sent to you in your email once it finds the match of your account details.
Can I extend my subscription more than once?
Extending the subscription requires you to purchase the time that you will need. You can go to the Student Centre tab to assist you on this. You may also send an email to the accounts department for further assistance.
Is there a suggested connection speed needed to access the materials?
None. As long as you have a good internet connection, then you can access the materials of the course that you subscribed for.
